CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATIONThe Queens County Bar Association is certified by the NYS Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Legal Education Provider in the State of New York. Members receive announcements on all upcoming events along with registration information. Many events are free to members. Most seminars are available on demand after the live program for obtaining CLE credit at a nominal fee. A listing is available upcoming programs can be found HERE and a list of CLE Programs on Demand can be found HERE. SPECIAL EVENTSSpecial Events include Judiciary, Past Presidents & Golden Jubilarian Night, Annual Dinner & Installation of Officers, Annual Golf Outing and Annual Holiday Party. Stated Meetings occur throughout the year and are free to all members. TECHNOLOGY CENTER ACCESSAs a member, you will have access to our technology center which includes computer stations and Internet access. You may also schedule one of our private meeting rooms for conferences, examinations, depositions and other uses. ASSOCIATION PUBLICATIONSMembers are mailed the Queens Bar Bulletin, a monthly publication with information about QCBA’s activities as well as articles of interest to the profession. In addition, you will also receive the yearly Membership Directory that includes a listing of our committees as well as important courthouse information. |
