    • The Queens County Bar Association has over 1,500 members and 60 active committees. The QCBA offers service to both its members and the public through educational programs and public outreach while cultivating professional competence, development, education, cooperation, collegiality and diversity among its members.

  • Queens Bar Bulletin

    • Members receive a copy of the Queens Bar Bulletin by mail and/or email, based on the contact information we have on file.  The Queens Bar Bulletin is published eight (8) times per year and contains information about QCBA’s activities and articles of interest to the profession. In addition, you will also receive the yearly membership Directory that includes a listing of our committees as well as important courthouse information.

  • Joining, Dues, Membership Materials

    • Prospective members must be in good standing with the Appellate Division. Dues are paid July 1st of each year and vary depending on the number of years the member has been admitted to practice. When a prospective member’s admission date has been verified, a membership packet will be mailed out to the newly enrolled member.

  • Membership Benefits

    • The Queens County Bar Association offers its members invaluable benefits including Continuing Legal Education, Members Only Website Access, Law Library Access, Association Publications, Group Insurance Plans, Special Programs and Discounts.

  • Lawyer Referral Service

    • The Queens County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service has been assisting Queens’ residents for over 60 years, making it easier for people with legal problems to become acquainted with reputable attorneys. These attorneys charge regular fees or contingency fees for their services. These attorneys will have a consultation with you for a half hour at $35 and if you hire them, their fees are whatever you agree to with the attorney. The Lawyer Referral Service can be reached at (718) 291-4500 or by email by clicking HERE. The Bar Association does not charge to give out the referral.

  • Member Lawyer Referral Service

    • The Queens County Bar Association offers its members in good standing the opportunity to join its Lawyer Referral Service via a printable application which you can either fax or mail to us.
